I impulse bought a sterling silver bracelet today. My friends all seem to think it looks cool, but I can't take it off =X

I'm not sure how to open it !oops! I lift the flap or whatever but it doesn't seem to open? #-o

Go back to the store and ask the clerk to show you how to open it.
 
I had a similar problem with a necklace I bought. I put it on at the store to try it on because it was exactly what I was looking for, well I could not get it off, I tried, two employees tried, it just would not come off, so I paid for it and took it with me, eventually I was able to get it off me, but it took a lot of patience not to cut it right off me. Good luck.
