No, and am sure the doctor would have suggested it if he had thought it was advisable.
I realize that my bedroom is very dusty. I have not clean my bedroom for ages.
The windows in my bedroom is always closed. Because I want to prevent insects and lizards from getting into my bedroom.
I start to clean my bedroom windows stills. They are very dusty and filled with lizards/insects poo.
After that , I start to realize that my flu is gone. I don't have flu now.
But I still feel chest discomfort and feels like coughing.
There are a few gym equipments in my bedroom and they are also quite dusty.
I don't know. I will try to clean my bedroom tomorrow.
I don't know if this is the cause of my chest discomfort/ need to cough occasionally.

Earlier this week, I went to see a cardiologist ( heart doctor) and had an ECG test. It turned out to be normal.
I was worried that my chest pain, difficulty to breathe could be due to heart problems but the cardiologists says that it is highly unlikely.
I feel fine and much better now.
