Yes. But the ones that were in special folders don't want to transfer over. I wasn't worried about it for a long time, but (mild spoiler) old Royal Navy type warships sailed back into the story. I suppose while I'm under the weather, I should make another try at retrieving the old stuff, since I can't exactly be out and about.
