The money for training is dwarfed by the money blown on the military industrial complex that is sheer waste and bloat.

Seth is correct , in that such "games" are frowned upon by their officers, for the reasons Seth has stated.

Jason is also correct, as in , you get a bunch of young guys trained in combat together, they tend to play games like this, compared to say, chess...
