flipping out season 2

My best friend and I absolutely love the show. We laugh our asses off. He says I am just like Jeff. I personally do not see it. He calls it the Trent show.

And I am sorry, Chris needed to be fired. He was lazy and NEVER finished his daily lists which BTW were fucking easy as shit. And this is coming from someone who was a personal assistant to an ex big time political guy back in my home state who is now a multimillionaire business man.

Love Ryan on the show.

I just started watching this show, the first episode I watched was the one where Jeff is watching Chris on the nanny cam and decides he has to fire him. I got hooked and watched the next 3 episodes that same morning. Jeff's ex -Ryan(?) is so cute! Were they together in season 1 or before the show started? I cannot wait to start watching the first season. Oh yeah, the episode where Jeff punhishes the asst by making him steal avocados was hilarious! BRAVO to the show!

No. They were a couple before the show began. They broke up but remained business partners. In fact, I don't even remember Ryan being in the first few episodes of the show. He just showed up on the screen and I was instantly in very serious like with him. I'm glad they've made his role much larger. He's the yang to Jeff's yin and makes the show worth watching.

Chris Elwood? He deserved to get fired, and I think Jeff had every right to put up the nanny cams. He'd already caught Chris in a lie and at least went to the extent of gathering the evidence before accusing him to his face. Chris knew what he did was wrong. If you watched him when he was in Jeff's office, he was often looking at the door to be sure he was safe, especially when he was playing on the computer.

It tore Jeff up inside to fire Chris, but his concern was more for Jenni than Chris. What was worse was watching Jeff trying so desperately to be compassionate to Jenni and not even knowing how.

By the way, who else would have shoved Zoila's birthday painting into a trash compactor?
