I suspect you're not getting any responses because when you say "top, bottom, Dom, or sub," people think you're planning an orgy, and they want to stay away from such events with total strangers. I would suggest making it clear that your intent is to have it in an open, public place like a restaurant or a gay bar. Of course, if a guest finds someone they like, they can quietly leave for a discreet encounter.

I would suggest having a meetup in one of the more tolerant large cities, due to the current political climate. I would avoid small towns and areas on the smaller "retirement" coasts. Nothing is more uncomfortable than sitting in a restaurant with people staring at you like "what are you doing here?" I'd say have it in a place like Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa/St. Petersburg, or Orlando. A couple of places that come to mind are that I believe there is a gay resort in St. Petersburg, I don't remember the name offhand. You could have the meetup in an open area or an indoor meeting room, and accommodations would be right there for people needing to stay overnight. Another venue would be Wilton Manors. You could have the meetup at a place like Rosie's, and people could check out the stores and bars along Wilton Drive afterward. Also, there are gay resorts right in Wilton Manors, and along the beach in nearby Ft. Lauderdale, so the guests should easily find accommodations there.

Thank you for the advice. I live just south of Saint Petersburg and I don’t want to imply that I’m trying to set up some kind of orgy or anything so I appreciate your reply.
