For home improvers out there

I’ve still have to lay new flooring in the house but I also plan to redo the bathroom. When I bought the house it had new but cheap cabinetry. I really need to replace some windows that have lost the inner seal but after that the house should be done for the rest of my life for improvements.
 
You are doing all that because you are not located in Tornado Alley, a Californian hill or any of that, and are not fearing any redneck insurgence any time soon, do you.
