hey guys!everything's ok?just completed most of my competitions!I'm quite happy with the results after the long and hard work..now some vacations from swimming then back with training out of the pool (some running, abs...) and then again in the water for the beginning of the next season ....I'm always trying to not think to much and have fun...and I hope to relax a little bit during this period...don't know when I'll be able to write again then I leave u with a shower series taken just now!

fran, i am so glad to hear you are pleased with your competitions and how things are going for you. I am a big fan of yours and glad to support you and can't wait to hear about you wining competitions. You are just a great guy and I am really glad you share with us here. Oh, and thanks for the pix ;) beautiful as always, artistic as always you just have a great eye for the human body that's all there is to it. You are a wonderful artist, swimmer, what don't you do well? lol
