Have I ever told you what a beautiful smile you have. It really says so much but then you are one hot dude.

I also noticed that your legs are pretty hairy so does that mean you don't shave your legs for a race? Does it really add seconds to your time? I have always wondered about that? I guess when you are dealing with fractions of a second it might make a difference so why take a chance but I do wonder if it is myth or truth. It does seem like all the Olympic swimmers shave their entire bodies. Do they just stand around the locker room showers shaving or do they do it in private?

Oh yes another question. Do your keep those amazing abs of yours and that to die for Apollo's Belt just by swimming every day or do you work out as well and if so what kind of workout do you do? Machines, sit-ups, push ups etc.?

I love your Apollo's Belt and those viens that run across your belly! The rest is pretty damn fine as well.

Hi guys!I answer to some question about shaving and abs then, so...in the past years, when we didn't use the legskin speedos we had to shave our legs and everyone else also their chest if they need it (I've always had a natural hairless chest...). Usually it happend only before important races the evening before, after the last training session, under the shower or at home...now that I've got the new speedos I don't need it anymore so it happens very rarely.
Well...abs..I've got to say that abs are difficult to train with swimming, maybe is the hardest group of muscle to train...but..what to say..I'm really not focused on train my body..I prepare myself 4 competition and stop so..anything u see is hard work in swimming pool and mother nature I think...
