hey guys as promised I'm here just to say hi to all of u and thanx again to continue posting here!I read u with plesure!yesterday I won an important race and what was surprising is that I did it in the 50 freestyle which is not my stroke...whereas only third in the 200 medley...anyway I'm quite happy with the results, good energy for the preparation of the summer competitions...not enough to go to the world championships starting next week...still quite far from this level of performances....maybe next time, it wasn't a goal for this season

Great to hear about your win and just to hear from you again. Your thread is still one of the hottest here. Best of luck to you in your upcoming competitions. I've enjoyed viewing you so many times and would greatly anticipate any additions if you ever feel so inclined again. Thanks.

Fran, that sounds so great on your race. I have always loved swimming since I saw Mark Spitz the first time (yeah, I know I'm old). You keep working, I am so happy for you. When I see the thousandths of seconds between competitors I can hardly believe how hard it must be to be in the top tier, the training, the work, the practice, the mental preparation. I admire you for what you have to do and be to even compete at the level you are now. I don't doubt you will make your goals and your fan club here (we are quite vociferous) supports you all the way. Good luck and thanks for remembering us.

Fran, I'm glad to see you back. Hope all is well. I do see an improvement in your physique. Like the others, I'll welcome any pictures you choose to offer, but I'd also like to see you just posting telling us how life is treating you. You would be more than welcome to join us in the Hot Topics forum. We chat about anything and everything. And being Gay is not a requirement! ;)

hey guys!glad u enjoyed my picts!I thought my body was still the same =) what's changed???? anyway it's true that, if possible, I increased my work outs, important races still to come...so..
As I said it's a pleasure for me to be back sometimes just to say hi to u guys and, if I feel like, to post pics, but, as I said, I've posted a lot and I don't like pressure just wanna have fun!

thanx also to swimming, life seems getting better, I'm often away and I know a lot of people. There's also a girl I like now ...but I don't think I feel in love with her...we are not together... everything is just very complicated now...still think a lot to my ex..who was the first in everything as u know....and now I'm very scared...I hope to improve myself.... as my body did =)...
