Maybe its because all the nerve endings are closer together so people that are unable to perform oral sex like a pornstar seem to do a better job when you are soft. Better feelings.

And yes, from chatting to people in the past that have had major ED like your friend (unable to get an erection at all) they still can orgasm soft, 100%. Sex isn't possible but there is nothing stopping them from foreplay/heavy petting and actually coming to completion. It is a different scenario to people that just have zero libido.

Unless it is the nerve endings that actually send the pleasure signals to your brain (ie your penis is 100% numb) it is still going to be pleasurable.

Yes, I get hard very easily (just from thinking about or anticipating sex), I can't help it. It has been years since I received oral sex, however. I prefer to give.

Healthy men who do not have chronic ED and take Cialis or Viagra will have enhanced erectile activity and quality. The ED drugs are widely used by men who have no need of them. At any age, healthy males have times when, for whatever reason, they cannot achieve and/or maintain an erection. They may give this more significance than it deserves. These incidents of erectile dysfunction are isolated and transient. With the use of these drugs, erections will be harder, more frequent and sustainable. What's not to like?

No matter whether for sport fucking or pleasing a partner, once the drug is gone (and for Cialis, this can take a couple of days) you're back to baseline, no matter what that was. You can't perform as well without it as you do with it. So you can look at the enhanced experience as a just fun time or see yourself as truely inadequate without it. If performance anxiety exacerbates, you can become psychologically dependent on the drug, even if your baseline function and stamina are well within the norm.
