So there's this woman I've known for about three years and all throughout our friendship we've given each other pats on the ass. It's never really meant anything, it was just something we did. I guess she liked the attention it got and I used to do it because she's twice my age and really really unattractive....it sounds bad, but I always thought it was a good deed. Giving someone who doesn't get a lot of male attention getting a pat on the butt. Well about a month ago she went to the store for me and picked me up some Pepsi and when she got back I didn't think anything about giving her a pat on the ass. Then she slapped me across the face and went on about now that she has a man (that she's dating on the internet and he's in a different state) that that kind of stuff isn't ok. So I said my bad, I didn't know and thought that was the end of it.
Earlier this month I was arrested for forcible touching of sexual parts with the intent to satisfy sexual urges. When I got a copy of her police report it was disgusting, not only has a pat on the butt become rubbing her lower back and then moving my hand up her side to touch her breast while she told me over and over again to stop. But there's this whole conversation I appearently had with her about how I was going to follow her to wyoming when she moves to be with her "boyfriend" and blah blah blah. Then after she pushed me away because I wouldn't stop I then threatened her life.

WHAT THE FUCK?! First off, I'm fucking GAY. As she damn well knows because the only reason I know her in the first place is because she was my boyfriend at the times roomate. Second, even if I wasn't gay...ewwwwwwwwww. I could do a hell of a lot better than that broke down troll. The fucked up thing is, this evil bitch actually stands a good chance of sending me to jail She went a head and had two of the local homo haters that I have been fighting with for months write statements saying they were there and saw it all happen. And this disgusting police report has been copied dozens of times and spread around my tiny little town and now everyone thinks I'm some kind of molester.

Not only has she put her hands on me waaaaay more than I ever have with her, she used to try to bed me all the time because she thought she could turn me no problem. The fact that she's making it out like I'm in love with her and can't controll my sexual urges for her (ewww) and I'm planning on following her around the country is so insulting it makes me sick.

Gaaah I hate stupid bullshit like this.

I'm broke as fuck so I signed the thing for the public defender and I haven't heard anything from her, I keep calling her office and leaving messages that she never returns. I really hope it isn't a woman thing where she read the police report and is now planning on throwing me under the bus because I'm some evil man pervert.

Yeah I should have, thing is part of her trying to get me in the sack was occasionally paying for drinks at this gay bar we used to go to. I love me some amarito sours and now it's screwing me.

You would think it would help...but I live in a TINY town and I'm not altogether sure it won't hurt. But it's pretty much the only defense I have so I guess I'll find out.

Worst case scenario it is a misdemeanor and I'd spend a year in jail, which would completely blow, but I could deal. I just don't know if this shit puts me on the sex offender list....that I could not deal with at all.

Public defender and a female defender? Are you kidding? You should retain one of the best lawyers in town to represent you and begin building a long list of character witnesses for your attorney to check them out. And in the meantime, no contact with her or her friends... If you see her in public or in private, duck out of her sight immediately and if you see her or her ffriends stalking you or driving by, document them with cameras if possible to build your case strong. And ask your attorney if a countersuit for harrassment may be appropriate. And never touch another woman ever! Best of luck to you.

Show that she has mental problems. Show how you met. Show that she wanted more than you were willing to give. Then show she couldn’t handle it so she made up stories about you. Don't make being gay your defense, but use it to show why she went on the defence.


As a side comment you may want this thread erased. I use to do “dirty work” at times and this thread (and maybe your entire post history) may be used against you. Something for you to think about. I did some unscrupulous things to people. A good ADA may do the same.

Hire a lawyer. Even if you had to make a loan, it's still better than spending a year in jail and/or being of sex offender list. Ask friends for help if necesssary. And counter-suing sounds like a good idea.

Start a case against her, for whatever reasons the lawyer thinks he can win. Ask him to take it on contingency - that way he will keep a good portion of whatever monies he can get from her, and it may cost you very little. You wont make anything off it but who cares.

Just wanted to let everyone know what happened. Ended up with a non-criminal charge with a $250 fine, which is good by me. I gave my 30 day notice the same day and moved the hell out of that town.

I remember following this at the time, and I guess that's probably a good result, but it's a bit sad that she still won the case and took your money.
