Yeah, that quirks me a lil bit too. Not twenty minutes I'm out of court and I walk up to a cross walk and say hi to the person next to me, because I'm friendly like that, anywhozel it's this bitch and she has the nerve to say hi back at me in a tone like we're friends. All I could say is NO FUCKING WAY!! I am soooo glad to be out of that town.

I'm glad you managed to get out of there but, yeah, it's ridiculous that you lost the case. From what I hear the laws are stacked against men, regardless of the circumstances.

Things could have gone a different way...You've learned a lesson..

A similar situation happened to a co-worker years ago..He was a 60-something year old and a lot of the younger female co-workers would talk about everything under the sun with him...They talked about their sex lives and everything else..

Well one day I guess he began a discussion about sex and one of his "Female sex gossiping" buddies was having a bad day and reported him to HR...

He was given a "warning" even after explaining his side...He was "marked" after that and his supervisor eventuallly fired him for a bogus reason...

I casually flirt with Men & Women on the job that I've known for almost a decade..But I don't do the "Touchy-feely" stuff and I never begin and end a conversation about Sex with any of them...

You have to be very careful on the job and women have a "History" of Flipping the script...
