Fordyce's is pretty common. Yours are more pronounced and a bit higher up the shaft that usual.

But honestly, if a guy gets close enough to your hard dick to see them, then he's probably beyond the point of no return. Spots or not, he's going to get what he went there to get.

I've got fordyce's spots and PPP (though these have actually subsided much in the last 3 years).

I was very self conscious about the PPP when younger, however none of my previous partners have even noticed unless I brought the topic up. Fordyce's spots are common throughout men and women so it is not something to be afraid or self conscious of.

Never knew what those were called. Fordyce Spots, eh? Learn something new every day! What's PPP?

Pearly penile papules.

Fairly common (for countries that don't have a high rate of circumcision, such as the commonwealth) however, like I said, I'm only 24 and they have already subsided almost completely. Made me completely self conscious until I found out what they were though (and even still after that for a while).

I've got these and also something far rarer and more embarrassing called Lichen Nitidus which covers the whole of the glans :( my boyfriend's cool with it though, he has quite noticeable sebaceous prominence all over his willy which I couldn't care less about either... nobody's perfect eh!

My issue is that Lichen Nitidus is supposed to subside by itself within a year of appearing, mine's been there 8 years with no signs of going anywhere. Tbh it would make me really self concious about dating again in the future, but treatment carries too many risks of scarring for it to be worth it

The human body in interesting in the amount of variations it can have. Like you said, you have a partner who has an anomaly on his body as well and you are both in that comfortable stage where you are aware of each others bodies and got past it. The main thing is that it is not dangerous, and doesn't restrict normal operation of any part of your body. It is just something to come to acceptance with.

I get a similar kind of thing on my elbows (probably from hives) when I am over-stressed and sick.

I'm not going to retype my reply. The system ate it when I tried to edit a spelling mistake...
