Four Loko is being banned because it mixes alcohol and caffeine. I'm wondering if any of you have had it and if you have any stories or experiences to share.

I had a glass of it and felt drunk pretty quick and my tolerance is probably a bit higher than most guys my size. I'm relatively small for a man. It doesn't taste all that great, IMO, and I really can't imagine having a can of it because of the way it hit me when I didn't have much of it. It's strikes me as possibly dangerous so I'm not surprised that it's being banned.
 
I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard sooo many stories about people getting smashed really quickly with it. I hope to try some before it's unavailable anywhere.
 
I've always hated mixing caffeine and alcohol, but I think the government should back off.

Let us unwashed rubble decide what is best for us...

Will this mean you won't be able to go into a bar and order an Irish Coffee or a Spanish Coffee?

If you're going to do it, try and make sure you are with friends you trust in case things go south. Like I said it had an odd effect on me and I can't imagine drinking it with people who didn't care about me if something happened to me.

my friends and i drink them ALL the time!! and yeah we get pretty drunk. We usually chug two of them in the car before we go into the club. and they are cheap so it does the trick for us broke college kids lol.

try the grape one (yum).

the hangovers are quite nasty tho. Horrible headaches. Is it worth it? yes =)

It's not so much the 'stupid' people who drink it and die as a result, it's the 'non-stupid' people they take with them.
