Fox News Analyst Reminds Us What Neil Armstrong’s Death Is Really About: Obama Spreading Islam

Okay, Springer, you did it: your sheer idiocy above, trying to make a statement clearly about Armstrong and America and crossing frontiers about Obama to attempt to portray Obama in a bad light has pushed me over the edge -- I took what I would normally sink into my conservation and safety project for the next two months and donated it to Obama.

Can't believe I donated to a Democrat, but idiocy is idiocy, and yours fits Romney so well I had to respond in a substantive manner.

this is what your link takes me to.

How is that selfish of the president? Wasn't Reagan the Consoller in Chief when the challenger explosion happened.

and you know what's sad?

I think you would probably have criticized him if he DIDN'T say anything.

This here. If the President didn't say anything, Springer would have started a thread bashing the President about it. The President did say something, the President is criticized.

For people like Springer, the President can and will never do anything correctly so what they think can be dismissed.

Springer Gambit....Part Deux....

Oh Look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I'll tell you what I see in the picture.

I see the contemplation of a vast universe and the visual and moving acknowledgement by the leader of the US of the man who first set foot on a far away planet.

....and seriously? baby seals? seriously? thanks for proving the point more eloquently and elegantly than I ever could have about the Springer Gambit in thread derailment.

Maybe we should make that a thing on JUB: everytime Springer says something so blatantly biased and utterly ridiculous, we should donate money to Obama. At the rate Springer is going, Obama campaign will be single-handedly supported by JUB.

Springer resorts to derailing so much, he should change his handle to "Amtrak"

Why does he keep humiliating himself? Must be a glutton for punishment. (*8*)

I know he was up too late last night. That's one of the reasons he's testy today. Poor Springer.....

Bob, you need to check your clock -- the batteries may be dead.

Sending me nasty private messages in the middle of the night 5 hours after I went to bed appears to me to be very strange.

So when you libs send a sympathy card you include a photo of yourself with the card?

what?

You are offended that he attatched a picture of himself? Note he is lookingup at the moon in respect, quite a gesture for a sitting president.

I guess its all in whether you assume the worst about someone and LOOK for something to complain about.

Obama wasn't sending a sympathy card.

That is one of the stupidest things I've read today.

He was looking at the sky. The photographer found this moment resonating with meaning.

You are just wallowing in hate and can see no message except what will support your visceral loathing of the leader of your country.

Why?

edit. I see that BP got there with the same observations first.

Pitiful Jack.

Pitiful.

And I repeat,

...when you have nothing else to say....

Make shit up.

So if GWB were still President and he posted a pic like that you'd feel the same way?

I think it would be very shallow.

^ Send me a pic of GWB doing something as poignant as that and I'll let you know.

Artistically, that pic aims the eyes at the crescent moon, and the planet beyond. Only someone incredibly determined to be negative would focus on the foreground silhouette, which if regarded closely can be seen to show someone paying tribute to someone who had been to that moon.

It's good composition, except for the detail of the helicopter blade -- though that lends a touch of authenticity, it's still a visual disturbance.

^ I would agree. The helicopter though is what keeps it from being some saccharine Speilberg movie moment. It gives it context and grounding. Otherwise it could rightfully be accused as being a hokey piece of business.

Springer, you need to check your glasses. I didn't send you a nasty message but you did.

Are you sleepwalking? Getting enough roughage in your diet?

Good point. Though artistically, without the helicopter blade, Obama becomes a visual irritant -- the car and the moon/planet draw the attention back and forth.

It's a subtle composition.
