Zack was my first real 'crush' in the whole 'amateur/fratboy' genre, and along with 'Wes'/'Logan', and TommyD remains one of my favorites (Dawson who?)
There was just something about Zack: the corn fed all American boyish good looks, the easy 'aw shucks' smile . . . I also had a hunch that, like Sean Cody he came from an LDS background. Can't back this up. Whatever, there seemed to be a real connection between the two.

That's why I was interested in the fact he had a boyfriend and who it was. While I know a lot of what we see is to feed our fantasies, my gaydar never went off with Zach. I guess I can still be duped. SC really had a crush on him.
