Fratmen Landon sighting

Insights about the industry don't end up with models getting stalked. When I tell you that I think that barebacking is irresponsible, I mean it.

Telling people that "yes.. a Fratmen model lives in your town" could lead to something unpleasant for the model. If I was to say, for instance, "Landon lives in Chicago so if you saw him there.. it could be him" and the guy was actually trying to find out if the guy who's working at his BANK in Chicago could be Landon so he can bother him... it might be a problem. Landon and I got along very well and our last chat was about 6 months ago. I don't want to create any problems for him.

If you read my initial posts in this thread you'll see that I was just playing coy and trying to avoid the question. Once the OP got pushy and started to come across as a bit.. well.. unbalanced.. I threw out the "Don't worry.. you didn't really see him, it was your imagination" line which was sorry.. meant to discourage him from bothering Landon maybe at his new job (so sue me) and then I went back to talking about has-been pop stars from the 70s-through-90s.

I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive me.

And besides.. where they are and what they're doing isn't really real anyway.. "Landon" doesn't exist. The actor who played him on Fratpad does, but he's moved on to new things and that, my friends, is that.

it was big of you to post that reply, soilwork.

i know you didn't mean harm and were just trying to help protect "landon's" true identity.

i still look forward to your posts, man - "entertaining" or otherwise. i guess it's all really an imaginary world. i have yet to have a gay porn star encounter, and hopefully things won't come crashing down when the two worlds - real vs gayporn - collide.

oh, and with regard to the "insights" - i was mainly addressing other comments that you've offered us on the guys, how they live their lives, which ones might be gay, which ones have messed around with other guys, what they think of gay men, etc.

so - they're still cool with us gay guys watching them pop a load, right? ;)

Oh for sure.

Besides, Chase joked with me that every drop of cum is another 50 bucks knocked off the price of his degree.

(and here's a freebie.. yes, he really is my personal trainer on top of being a Fratman.)

Jason,
I do have one question that maybe you can answer; do the fratmen use their real names or are they "stage names"?

I guess I need to break down a bit of a wall here. Meh... damage is done.. may as well continue.

Virtually all of them use what we call "Fratmen names." We try to find a name that fits them and one that they like. One that we all feel fits their personality and look but one that they like... if they go to the pad, it becomes their name... many of the other guy never learn their real one.

I go out of my way to either not learn or forget their real name so I don't accidentally blurt it out when I'm on camera.

I once shot a scene for one of the Pledge Classes where we were all choosing names. It was kinda fun to see because they were all laughing and coming up with silly ones for each other and then finally settling on one that they liked. Ultimately we didn't use it because it reminded people that the names aren't real and it sort of spoils the fun. I still have in my growing archive of "Unreleased Fratmen Tapes" which hey.. we might put out one day.

Sometimes we use names they already come with. Some of you will remember our model Aaron. He'd already done some professional modeling under the name Aaron so we had to use that name.. Miles had the same problem. Our model Nate had already done lots of work under the name "Nick" but we already had a Nick.

One more thing.. the back stories are very closely based on them. If they're track and field stars in real life.. so is the Fratmen version. If they're best friends with another Fratmen model, we'll use that so long as they're comfortable with that being known... It helps them have something to talk about. If Connor wasn't really a culinary student he'd probably not be able to talk about cooking with members... Max and Payne obviously lift a lot of weights and Chase really is majoring in Kinesiology at the same school where Leo is studying general arts and sciences.

Max and Payne are actually best friends in real life, so are Leo and Andrew, Ross and Trey, Cohen, Russ and Diego and even Bart and Landon. We usually use the person's real home state but if they want to create a whole new identity, we'll have some fun. The guys like it and it does, as AlecPowers pointed out, allow us to protect the guys.

Most of the time the guys isn't in any danger exactly.. Most fans just want to say "hi" before running away giddy and excited. But we really do care about the guys and feel responsibility for them. They've stepped it up and helped us out and it's our duty to return that favour. There have been occasions where fans have gotten creepy and irritating. Some people have "boundary" issues.

Sorry if I'm ruining anyone's fun here... this thread will die soon enough and we can go back to pretending that it's 100% real.

Very interesting. I'm glad you use real back story info regarding interests, activities, etc. It allows the guys to be themselves and not have to watch every word they say for fear of slipping up. If they can talk about real things in their lives, it helps them be more relaxed and real, which comes across in the vids.

I also understand about the privacy issue. However, I just want to say that these guys and models on all the sites become celebrities in a sense and have a fan base out here. Just as with TV or movie celebs, people then want to know all about them off screen. It's a natural thing, but that said, there are those that get a bit extreme and I understand that. They just don't realize how adoring their fans can be. It's really interesting how a cute guy can appear on a site and instantly have everyone drooling and fantasizing. They just make us crazy. LOL

Whoa, I had no idea I would create such a discussion. It's interesting, says a lot about people, and I'm sorry to those that find it boring. But I'll go through point by point and explain. And catch you up on some other stuff.

so who's lying and who's telling the truth?
Hopefully both.

Well first of all, I'm telling only the truth, not lying at all. Nothing I said was false. So only one of us was lying, and it wasn't me. And I'll continue to tell the truth, too.

If you read my initial posts in this thread you'll see that I was just playing coy and trying to avoid the question. Once the OP got pushy and started to come across as a bit.. well.. unbalanced..

I take offense at this. I simply asked a question, if I ran into a former model at a concert. Only two people asked me in this thread to reveal where the concert was, and thus Landon's location, and one of them was Soilwork. And he asked it twice. His response diverted his attention away from my question, so I challenged him on it. This hardly makes me "unbalanced."

But Soilwork seems to think that a lot of members are unbalanced. Or even stalkers. Or even "creepy stalkers." He even said the following about me.

now that it's known that someone has not only his location but business card with his real name and phone number, I'm sure he's had numerous PM requests for both.

Well, the truth is that I received exactly two PM's. One was from Soilwork, a pretty hateful missive that said I would receive a "deluge" of PM's from stalkers asking for Landon's phone number and mocked me for finding humor in seeing a former jackoff model at a concert. The other was from someone I don't know telling me not to believe anything Soilwork says. Nobody - not one single person - asked for any information in a PM, nor would I give it to anybody. I honestly think that members of these sites are just regular people who like to look at hot guys, not creepy stalkers like Soilwork seems to imply in this thread.

Once I ran into Landon and chatted with him for a while at the Starbucks, it all came together. Simply put, he's moved on. He has a career now and doesn't want to be involved with or reminded of his past. He said that he lives in fear that it could come back to haunt him, but can't worry about it because he can't take it back. I wonder if sites remove guys' pictures and videos if they request it...

As I said, Landon gave me his business card, and I gave him mine. He called me earlier this week and we are going to go get coffee next time I'm near his office. But he said one interesting thing in our phone conversation. He said that he has not talked to Soilwork in a long time, and that he has not told Soilwork where he is living and that he doesn't want me to post it on here, obviously.

If you ask me for personal information about a model, anything I tell you is probably a lie.

Truth is that I DO know where he is and what he's doing. But I'm not going to share any of it with you.

So Landon tells me specifically that he hasn't talked to Soilwork, hasn't told Soilwork where he is living, and doesn't want me to reveal it to anybody. Yet Soilwork not only asked TWICE in this thread for me to reveal where the concert was, but somehow now knows where Landon is living and what he's doing. Who seems like the "creepy stalker" now?

i think a stalker normally had a sexual relationship with someone then broke up and that person becomes a stalker.

A stalker doesn't happened if u don't know each other face to face.

would you like to come read the fan mail Ricky gets some day?

umm, maybe,
yeah i would like to read the fan mails.

Would be interesting to read the psychology of some fans.
Soilwork, maybe u can write a book called "fan mails".

ok, i know nothing about stalker sorry but i think stalker is rare.
