you can find it on youtube for sure.

if you like this there is like 5 or 6 compilation albums by all women singers from the 60-70's called : ultra chicks ( i see to have all 6 of them) ( vol 5 is my favorite)

As far as films go, you cannot go wrong with these:

A bout de souffle/ Breathless
Les enfants du paradis/ Children of Paradise
La règle du jeu/ Rules of the Game
La grande vadrouille/ Don't look Now
La belle et la bête

If you're more into modern stuff look at the films of François Ozon. He's gay so there's almost always some kind of gay aspect to the film and his films are usually very good. Other good directors would be: Jean Renoir, François Truffaut, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Jean-Luc Godard, and Alain Resnais.

As for music, I too love Édith Piaf. In my opinion she's the best that France ever produced. Other people I like are Dalida, Mireille Mathieu, Sheila, Charles Aznavour, and Boris Vian.

I should probably stop now because I could go on for days with this

I do not speak a word of French but the music and language I adore.
This guy won French Idol a couple of years back.
He's the whole deal 4 me.
