friend's little brother...

#1 You shouldn't sleep with minors.

#2 You shouldn't sleep with your friend's siblings.

This is pretty basic stuff, and no part of what you said will end well for you if you act on it.

You really need to avoid doing anything with the underage brother. No matter the temptation and it sounds like it is a big temptation for you. He's a minor and that could cause serious problems for you. You may just want to distance yourself from them completely for awhile until you can meet someone of age in your area. Probably not what you want to hear but it is for the best.

I agree with everyone...it can complicate ur whole life by doing this...rather stick or wait for someone ur age...even thou it's tempting for u...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the age of consent in some countries and states 16? For example in England.

Depending on where the OP is from, the real issue here may be going with a friends brother, rather than age.

But the friend's brother is only 15. I don't think 15 is legal in any state.

Well the age of consent in some states is 15 and you are only 3 years older so I don't see anything wrong with having feelings or being attracted to the guy. Your feelings and attractions aren't things you can just switch on and off so easily so even if you don't get sexual with the younger brother, I think you should try to see if he is interested somehow. Don't let other people's judgments stop you ;).

Ryker,

Are you reading the situation correctly? Do you know he is gay or is he looking up to you as a proxy for his older brother? You obviously pay him attention - is it the attention he wants from his older brother - not romantic, but as a person of worth - that is - not as a younger brother.

If you value your friendship, I'd leave the younger brother alone. But that's just my take.

Rand

I don't see the age difference as a huge problem, if he is mature enough.

Obviously though, if he is not above the age of consent within your jurisdiction, I would not do anything.
