I would've felt a bit of sympathy for you had you not done the whole fake account thing. In my opinion, that's more sleazy than not wanting to meet up with a guy for a second time. Sure, he could've been more open about not feeling it, but it doesn't sound like he gave you any false signals either. Using a fake "hot" guy to find out his uncensored thoughts about it? Sleazy.
Delete the fake account, or both for that matter, and go meet people in the real world. I agree with the sentiments above about you needing friends. Make a solid social network of friends first, then move on to the pursuit of romantic interests. Because even if you were to land a boyfriend the fact that you have no other friends while he (presumably) does could end up being a serious issue.
