A suggestion, sir, check what is involved in getting an amendment passed within this country. One does not merely put the measure on the federal ballot at election time. As I seem to recall you need 66 2/3s votes from each of the states before trying to push an amendment through. That is of course after you have spent years and tons of money to get the damn thing passed on the local level.
