He's still our governor and deserves a certain amount of respect. Telling your governor to "kiss your gay ass", what would you expect?

Calling him an idiot would be inaccurate as it does take a certain level of intelligence to construct a letter like that.

For me, one basic level of incompetency is spelling incompetent, "incompitent".
 
No matter what his politics are, or how bad you think he is governing, he is an elected government official and deserves a certain level of respect. And no this doesn't include calling him an "incompitent [sic]" idiot.

You're naive to blame him for all of California's problems.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 1176, as amended, Ammiano. Infrastructure financing districts: City and County of San Francisco.

Existing law specifically authorizes the City and County of San Francisco to create infrastructure financing districts, adopt infrastructure financing plans for those districts, and issue bonds financed by projected increases in ad valorem property taxes to fund
certain public facilities, pursuant to a specified procedure.

Existing property tax law establishes various procedures and requirements with respect to the annual apportionment and allocation of ad valorem property tax revenues, including increased revenues from infrastructure financing districts.

This bill would recast these provisions authorizing the City and County of San Francisco to create infrastructure financing districts that include specified waterfront property. This bill would also modify the procedures for San Francisco to adopt an infrastructure financing plan, and allocate projected increases in ad valorem property taxes to specified annual apportionments.

And his response shows that regardless of who showed disrespect first, which is truly arguable, he likes playing in the gutter, and he is only entitled to the level of respect that he sets for himself by his example. That level is known as "low."
 
I like Arnold. I'm not a suit-and-tie diplomatic kind of guy, so an old fashioned "Fuck You" is refreshing. People are so sensitive these days, so I understand his need to be covert about it-- very empathetic of him. More power to you, Arnold! Don't let these wimps push you around.

Wrong. The state of California is broke because of all the spending done by the Democrat-controlled state assembly. California has more social programs than any state, but the problem is that someone has to pay the bills, and there simply isn't enough money for all the spending. Arnold tried to cut back on the spending and failed. You can thank the Democrats for the mess the state is today.
