I've heard it's a Photoshop, since that's a Sean Cody model topping (but not bottoming). But when I first saw it I thought he looked tranced out with pleasure, something I try to do to bottoms myself. Though usually their eyes aren't pretty (showing only the whites isn't all that attractive...unless you're the guy whose lovemaking made them do it).
