Funny anti-religious Internet pics

Re: Funny anti-religious Internet pics

WTF??? How is that even legal??

I doubt it could withstand scrutiny.

Were I a billionaire, I'd find me a crack legal team and a dozen volunteer atheists to try to run for public office.

If nothing else, it would make all the ignorant 'Christians' spend more money.

^ I think that goes for most places south of the Mason–Dixon Line =\

I edited the text to fit-in with our discussion. Maybe someone with [STRIKE]better[/STRIKE] photoshop skills could put the pope's hat on the door guy or something =]

It's worked so well for you for the longest time...

I am a Spaniard born during the last legs of a regime that lived for almost forty years in that same way  That's the wisdom I carry with me to enlighten the starry-eyed cooky-makers of the world

Re: Funny anti-religious Internet pics

That's incredibly lame.

Though atheists could just say they're agnostics -- which is the more defensible position, anyway.

Yes, that kind of lie worked very well for the Jews of Spain during the Inquisition. We should always hide our way to freedom.

Re: Funny anti-religious Internet pics

These are hilarious! XD

Re: Funny anti-religious Internet pics

So a Supreme Being can be anything. It doesn't refer to any one particular deity, so it can be the Spaghetti Monster. Cool beans.

Well, as long as the claim is that it's the Creator -- otherwise it isn't very supreme.

Would the Demiurge count, I wonder?

I hesitate posting this for two reasons. One, it's not a pic. And two, it's kind of pro-religious. But it is an indictment of organized religion and an inspiration to think for yourself, even if you do choose to believe. Plus I think it's just a fun song.

That's so spot on for most of the 'evangelical' churches I've ever encountered it sent chills wandering around my anatomy. An aspect it doesn't reach is that the different churches are pretty much clones, too -- "they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same".

Re: Funny anti-religious Internet pics

My mind crossed intelligent design with a certain TV commercial....

Angel: God, what are those?
God: Constants. They define what the universe will be.
Angel: "Universe"?
God: I'm going to create it. When the constants are right, I'll let go of them and there will be a Big Bang.
Angel: Oh. Say, what makes them "constants"?
God: They never change. At least not for five years.

Okay, maybe it's not as funny as I thought . . . .

Re: Funny anti-religious Internet pics

^^ OMG I've seen that wack-job on television. All televangelists are crooks. LOL
