No, they usually sold them to Arabs who then sold them to Europeans. There are two great slave-trading religions, not one: christianity and islam.

Don´t know that much about it, but poor 20th century African Americans that converted from Christianity to Islam...

^ Oh yeah, I forgot! I think you mean later, as in all of you in Europe are sitting down for your holiday ham dinner right now, or however you feast.

I actually came close to buying one of these, just to take to New Jersey next time I go. I have friends there and we have fun finding and showing each other "really bizarre stuff." Like, one of them showed me a "FART PIANO" (guess what happens when you press a key, lol), really goofy stuff...maybe not quite worth $61 or so just for a few laughs...

I wonder if they make a 'Mohammed the Prophet' colouring book?

Bingo! Of the three Synoptic gospels, Matthew and Luke took most of their material from the gospel of Mark, which was the first one written. However, there is also a lot of material common to Matthew and Luke which didn't appear in Mark. Thus it was hypothesized that there was a lost gospel, called "q," which was the source material. Thus, the joke.
