I do not care what people do for the most part . It is like people that do not want gay people getting married then do not go to the wedding no one making you go to the wedding holding a gun to your head.

Yea i might be going to a Catholic university and have to take one religious class but i am deciding to go there so I have to suck it up and take the class it is what it is .

^^ There are a lot of touchy people out there, and I'm not an atheist; but I fail to see how enforcing the separation of church and state is "imposing one's religious beliefs on another."

Separation of church and state is good for EVERYONE, not just atheists, so that this country doesn't turn into a theocracy like Medieval Europe or the Middle East.

I have a feeling that Christians would be irate if verses from the Koran were posted on a monument on public property and maintained by public funds.

This is contradictory.

If the adequacy of the explanation is "in the data," that suggests evidence which is publicly and empirically available: something a human attempt could make sense of, could be checked and agreed on.

If you assert that you can know the adequacy of the explanation, then a human attempt to make sense of the explanation is proven adequate by your knowing.

Either, human attempts to make sense of the explanation are inadequate.

Meanwhile, the problem of evil retains its ferocity.

I am not really touchy about this but I am just pointing out that some times you have to let thing go.

Grieving California mom takes down cross on road after Atheist’s protest. A grieving California mom who, under pressure from an atheist group, went to the site where her son was killed to remove a memorial cross was met at the scene by a throng of supporters who planted crosses of their own.

How is that hurting anyone? It stupid stuff like that is why i no long an atheist but more agnostic / do not care about religion as a whole .

I wounder if so called atheist group would have the balls to protest this lady if her son was gay ? I think not come on atheist groups grow a pair.

I just do not see the so called 9/11 cross that way it a part of are history it from on of the buildings and it was designed that way. There should be trying to sue the people that designed the building for making cross beams how dare they .

Atheist Hypocrisy Is just as Worse Than Christian Hypocrisy in my book I just like to point things out that atheist are just as stupid sometimes.

There are way to many important things to worry about than this crap . ..|..|

The minute that tax dollars are banned from subsidizing any exhibit of Islamic doctrine, AND one dollar of the same tax pool is used to promote or exhibit Christian doctrine, a "state religion" has indeed been established.

Just so, I agree with this wholeheartedly. I have no problem with Atheists but I do have a problem when they turn evangelical because they can be just as obnoxious about it as Christian evangelicals.

Preferably not, Old Gods die when they are replaced by new ones, since the Atheist insist that they are not a religion what ever replaces Christianity would likely be just as bad if not far worse. Christianity has reached that settled down old age of religions, better to stick with the devil we know than a fired up radical new devil.
