Fupa or fat pad question

I have a question. I am in a relationship with a wonderful guy. He is a large man (chubby) and he has a very large fatpad that surrounds most of his penis. When he is hard only a small part of it shows unless I push down on the fat around it so his penis can be seen more. He doesn't have a small member it is just covered by his fupa. I would like to know if anyone knows of a device that he can wear that would compress this area of fat to allow his penis to show more and for him to be more affective at topping. Because of this excess fat he has a very hard time topping. He is trying to lose weight but it is a slow process. Thanks to anyone that can help.

The common term that plastic surgeons and urologists use is "buried penis" or "trapped penis".

There really isn't a truss or other mechanical device that would address the FUPA issue. The reason why is that the problem often has multiple causes- it's a combination of the fat pad that is under the skin (mons pubis fat overlying Scarpa's fascia), fat that has accumulated in the inguinal canals that are on each side of the penis and the effects of gravity from the excess belly fat that is around the belly button up above.



Losing weight will help- it both reduces the fat that is over the penis (the fat to the left of Scarpa's fascia in the drawing) and the weight of the excess fat overlying the belly (labeled excess abdominal tissue in the drawing). Unfortunately, you won't really know how much of the fat above the penis will be reduced from weight loss, as it is often one of the areas that shrinks slowest and last. The next challenge may be to deal with excess skin that is left over (which doctors call "panniculus").

What you may have to do temporarily is use positions that reposition the fat pads down or upward- where he lies on his back or you use a pillow under his hips. During oral sex, he way want to stretch the skin upward and during anal sex, you may need to use positions like cowboy/reverse cowboy that take advantage of gravity and your own weight to help displace the fat.

Once he reaches a point where he's lost a significant amount of weight, if the problem persists, you may want to see a cosmetic surgeon to see if the excess skin and fat can be removed surgically (which is a "pubic lift" or "tummy tuck" procedure). This procedure is quiet effective because it both removes the remaining fat pad and it removes the excess skin that is "burying" the penis.
