I used to complain and be so sad I never had anyone... I don't even understand why now.

I look back and I was so much happier alone.

Falling in love is so overrated. It's REALLY REALLY REALLY not worth the heart break. When every breath you take feels like your heart is going to bust...you cant find the strength to do anything but sit and cry and mourn your loss.

Its so terrible.

In a year, you'll look back on this and hopefully just appreciate the lessons learned and perhaps be with a new guy.

Don't become jaded. You're too young for that. (*8*)

Trust me, it is worth it. And this is coming from a guy who's been crying every day for over three months.

It will pass mon cher.

Facedesking is a natural and healthy sign in this case; so much better than facestab or ovenhead.

The key is to at least be friends if possible. It helps both of you recover from the break-up faster.

Think of how far you've come over five years. There are so many guys who would just kill to have even had a relationship that could crash and burn.

If it is any consolation, I went on from a break-up to a relationship that has lasted 28+ years. (with a lot of enjoyable and fairly meaningless sex in between).

Hi, Sunshine. I'm sorry. I'm actually going with my first break up, too. *hugs* I guess during this time it's good to just be contemplative and seek the companionship of friends. Keep looking up :)
