i actually tried it out just now. i was able to get my pointer finger down my throat and now i'm going to try my middle finger to see if this works.

I read about it... I tried it before but I didn't find it worked 100% .. maybe I need to squeeze more. lol...

I usually find relaxing myself helps, though saying that I never really had a huge reflex. If I am drunk, or if it involves toothpaste at the back of my throat I do have one very easily though haha. Toothpaste, blech in my tonsils.

How did you RENAME the thread? I never knew it was possible to edit that - or did you ask a mod to change it?

That's strange - what causes such an apparently unrelated pair of body behaviors? Perhaps it relates to stuff such as meridians, or actually using some of the same principles that acupuncture uses?
