Game of Thrones

I am glad you lived to see the Night King come. By then I was looking from a closet or from under a bed. Most intense suspense than a heart can stand.

Well, you're still alive, which is more than a few prominent characters on the show were/are. Since not everyone's seen it yet, I don't want to give anything away other than I thought Daenaerys did ONE stupid thing in that episode that you'd think she was smart enough NOT to do.

Is there is an episode where she didn't do or didn't want to do something stupid? LOL

The Night King came. And saw. And...

They had a certain plan to do a certain thing to get away from a certain someone that could do a certain thing so it wasn't very smart to fulfill that particular part of the plan exactly where the certain someone could do that certain thing. It must be in the GoT list of most stupid plans top 3.

Though a song of fire and ice, winterfell as night's king rides.Winter has come and gone the world seams gray and there is no joy.

I observed her as quite intelligent - and far more humanitarian than anyone else in there, so I guess if that's being stupid, especially when going to war, then she's stupid.

Otherwise, I saw her as fair-minded and generous. Giving the Unsullied the choice of serving her or giving them their freedom was Noble. And, she rode her horse among them while talking. She made herself vulnerable to attack by them if they so chose to do that.

Like I said, fair-minded. And Noble. And Just. So, stupid must have been something I overlooked. But landing the dragon on the ground when she did in the last episode? Dumb, dumb, dumb.

OK.

My quick take: do as I say or I'll melt you with my dragons.

SPOILER ALERT:

AAIIIEEEEEEE!!!

No.

I will die FREE.

I did just figure out something though. When that White Walker turned his head towards the camera at 1:17:30, that was Arya, who had shapeshifted in order to get close to the Night King. Clever of the writer to set up that episode where she is learning about shapeshifting and then it seemed insignificant that she had learned to do that. Until 15 episodes later, where she uses it. JUST ONCE, but a HELL of a time to use that ability she learned. People on the New York Times letter page are disappointed, without - I believe - having considered that it took something supernatural to kill the Night King. They see it as "it's just Arya" without realizing she manifested a supernatural ability for the Army of The Living to defeat The Army of The Dead, who are supernatural creatures themselves. Evil vs. Good, of course, but in the end: Magic vs. Magic.

Our time marks must be different so I'm not sure if you mean when one of the Night King's 'generals' turns his head slightly to the right or not, but if that's it...I thought it was because he heard a wisp of wind - which was Arya coming up behind them.

The Night King shifts his head slightly because he was reading something in Bran's eyes, then the wight turned his head as Arya came flying through the dim light. King turned and grabbed her by the throat and she seemingly dropped her weapon only to retrieve it and plunge it into The Night King in the same place he was originally stabbed and was created.

He shifted his head wondering why Bran looked down at his stomach - where, as you say, he was stabbed.

Correction: I should have said chest - not stomach.

Not sure about Dragonglass can kill Night King(created by Dragonglass)
but Valyrian steel is definitely can kill Night King+White Walker+Wights
now Night King is gone, I guess we don't need Lightbringer anymore?
