Fuck sensitivity training. They should be fired. If they had said the N word or any other derogatory term then they would be out on their asses.

Yeah... after reviewing the circumstances it is one persons word against another's word.

Still we should all do our Holiday travel through Denver on UA and specifically ask for Rodney Hill to lodge our complaints....

Get out your phones and start recording at the first sign of something like this happening to you. These things rarely happen instantly. There is usually a build up, as in this case.

You have the legal right to record anyone in public, including airports.

Customer service doesn't exist in America. Need to revise your mobile phone plan? Hope you don't have any plans for five or six hours. Hungry? Well hold your horses the host of the restaurant is in the back gossiping about who's sleeping with the boss. It's not really companies, it's unprofessional, arrogant individuals who go into the customer service field knowing good and well they belong at a desk crunching numbers.

Not for very long. Your own government wants to BLOCK internet for people. Yep, they're apparently against free speech. Another excellent suggestion from the US of A.
