Well, if you're interested in sports and/or fitness, there's a good community over at RealJock.com. I mean, they have some of the same stuff that goes on there that probably annoys you here, but it's not as sexual.

To each his (or, her) own. I don't know to what you are referring to when you state higher caliber. I think JUB has enough of everything to keep me entertained, but I'm sure there are more narrowly focused sites as well. I haven't found the need to search them out. I hope you find what you are looking for.

There's plenty of guys over there who don't necessarily play sports, but are interested in general fitness and wellness on a pretty high level. Kind of seems to focus on "the whole man" and that sort of thing.

You're still liable to run into plenty of guys of whom you don't approve, though.

The OP asked whether any of us know of any OTHER popular, solid gay forums. To me, it reads as though he's asking for a popular, solid, gay forum in addition to JUB which is also a popular, solid, gay forum. What's wrong w/ wanting more than one?

To the OP, no I don't know of any other gay forums that are as active as JUB. Sorry.

RealJock.com has way too many forums and subforums. It seems very cluttered...not 'high caliber'!

I made the assumption that the OP equates "high caliber" to "not overtly sexually motivated" or something like that. I don't think he cares about the nature of the technological interface. I could be wrong though.

If I knew of one I considered better than this one, why would I be here?

I do spend quite a bit of time at Empty Closets, although I'm in an advisor role there. I also occasionally post on OutSports, although that forum is a lot slower and a lot more single-minded. (Hint: if you don't have at least two favorite teams, and can't immediately name five professional athletes you'd fuck in a heartbeat, you might not enjoy your time there...)
