I finally got my switch! Love it so far. I got super Mario oddysey which is fun!

Yeah it was a bummer the Wii u didn't work out but so few people bought the console it just wasn't cash positive to keep making games for it

I felt the same way but the Wii U was simply not popular at all (which is a shame.)
No way Nintendo was going to stick with it.

It's good that the Switch is a success, it seems Nintendo finally got it right. But I will never trust them again especially after buying the Wii and WiiU and getting let down with the lack of support for the U. Every post I see on my gay gaming FB feed it's always pictures of their Switch with the same five games. Zelda, Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart Deluxe, Splatoon 2 and Mario+Rabbids.
 
Saving up for a Skyrim PSVR bundle. I hear it's fuckin' awesome. I've played the shit out of Skyrim already but VR sounds incredible.
 
My friend has it and says it's great. I thought it might make you feel ill but he said nah it's all good
 
Yeah I guess VR tech has come a long way and Sony spent a lot of time working on ways to mitigate the motion sickness stuff.
 
Nephew left his switch here so I was playing it a bit. All he has on it is the new Mario. That's the first time I've played a Mario game since the old 2D days. Feels so odd trying to play Mario in a 3D world.
 
Ha, yes a lot has changed! You've missed out on so much goodness though. I especially loved Mario galaxy!
 
Do any of you guys own a Mega Drive mini or a Super Nes mini...???

I just play my emulators. Yeah its nice to have a controller in your hands but to put $80 for a system with only 3 or 4 dozen games.
 
Been playing I Am Setsuna. Downloaded it a few months ago, but had been busy grinding/farming stuff in FF14 so kept putting it off.
 
Finally played Super Mario Odyssey on my TV. AWESOMESAUCE!!

So cannot wait for Hyrule Warriors: Definite Edition, MARIO TENNIS ACES and DONKEY KONG COUNTRY TROPICAL FREEZE to hit my Nintendo E-Shop!
 
Me too! That was my first proper Nintendo direct and I loved it! That new Kirby game looks like so much fun and the nighttime looking game looks so intriguing.

I finally got Lego marvel superheroes 2 last night. Only got to play one level but I love it so far. I adore the marvel universe
