Assassins Creed games formula just get tired. I had 4 on PC that I got for free but I couldn’t finish it because of the main mission game play loop. I always have Syndicate and I eventually put that down for the same reason.

Open world games need to be changed around a bit, the side missions in most of these games just get redundant and no fun.
 
I haven’t played syndicate yet but I loved origins. I’m thinking of going for fallout 4 next although I didn’t exactly love the last one

Ive play like 20 hours of Fallout 4 but I never finished it. I did like it but I personally do prefer 3.

Open world games, even RPGs kind of get formulatic to me and I don’t end up finishing a lot of them.
 
Oh yeah? I’ve never played one before but everyone seems to adore them. Would the newest one be the best to start with?

Yeah, it would be fine. So far there are connections but not to the point of being lost with the story. The other games are definitely good but they really pale in comparison to this one. But that is par for the course with the series, the next is usually a huge step in progression.
 
Some friends started playing Borderlands 2 so I joined up, started a new character with them, and its a LOT of fun. Played the heck outta that game, easily 500+ hours, and its still great!
 
I tried to get into it but when I played with my friends they raced ahead and leveled up and I couldn’t keep up!

Oh well. I love a good shooter though. I’m currently replaying doom. I just adore that genre of over the top FPS. Would love a recommendation for something new to play though
 
Finished God of War, what a great experience. Story was real fun and engaging. Game play is real solid and there is a lot of little hidden stuff littered through the game and off the beaten path, nice side challenges and all that, which one would expect in a God of War game. Difference is that the challenges exist in the game world rather then on a menu screen, which really keeps you in it.

Just bought Yakuza Kiwami, was on sale. Probably going to start that today. Get in preparation for the Shenmue remaster!

If you haven't tried the new Wolfenstein games, at least the first one, is really good and fun. An actual good story to it as well, great cast of characters to follow. I didn't play the second one yet, though.
 
I ADORED wolfenstein! I’ve played it so many times. It’s a classic. The second one wasn’t as good I think.

I ended up getting shadow warrior. I loved the original as a kid but I thought the new one might be a bit too stereotypical. But I just couldn’t stop thinking about it and it was only a few dollars so let’s see how it goes
 
Today I finally picked up DONKEY KONG COUNTRY TROPICAL FREEZE my second NINTENDO SWITCH game!! Before work. Cannot wait to play. And I preordered MARIO TENNIS ACES with the MARIO TENNIS ACES CAP for 5 EUR extra. Hope to one day get Zelda SOUTH Park Fractured But Whole maybe Bayonetta 1&2 pack and 3, but that will have to wait
 
I loved donkey kong although it’s surprisingly hard! And I adore my switch.

I used to think Mario tennis was super dorky but I played the original on the Nintendo 64 and I got obsessed with it. Maybe I’ll check out Mario tennis aces too?
 
I don't care about any other game right now than Fortnite.😍
 
Ha fair. I gave it a go but for some reason when you do you have to watch the rest of the match from the sidelines which gets boring. Maybe I wasn’t doing it right though

No you can leave as soon as you're eliminated and you still get all your boosts and tiers. The only time it matters is during squads if you did really well, but die before the rest of your team then to get a win and better XP you can wait to see if they win and end up in the top 5. But when I die early I just leave.
