Me too Poozy, although seeing Gippal made it okay. He is one sexy al bhed! Hopefully there will be someone to distract me in XIII-2 if it does turn out to be another T&A fest.

Kings Quest 6 still has a heavy influence on me! Hi5.

I still remember the first time playing it, after the intro which blew me away, and hearing the narrator say "Alexander Finds a rock", and he found his Daventry ring.

I didn't end up finishing that game until many years after getting it, but I think it was a good thing as I was able to enjoy the game better when I was older.
 
I loved kings quest! I played it with my family all the time. We would sit around the computer for hours. Kings quest 6 i think? my favorite part was the minotaur labyrinth. The gnomes gave me nightmares ( i was like 6)



any MMO players here? I just started playing Rift in my free time, enjoying it so far.

Honestly no idea, but I would imagine his wouldn't be throwing his blades like in the main series. Or, hell they may make him do just that just with less range. And Jupiter was pretty cool too. I also liked Neptune and Pluto.

The sense gnomes...those jerks took me a while to figure out. I did watch all the walkthrough vids this one guy had on King's Quest 6, no idea that much stuff was in it.
As for the narrator, he still does voicework on several of my favorite shows. He sounds exactly the same almost twenty years later.

Ya, I totally loved Sailor Moon; I remember coming home from pre-school to watch it. My fave was always Sailor Moon (rotated around from Mars->Pluto->Starlights); just loved characters some of the villains were awesome too!

Gaming-wise I'm excited for Bamco, for finally localizing Tales of Graces for PS3. But I'm totally bummed for Capcom semi-ruining Marvel vs Capcom 3, but I have at least King of Fighters 13 to be psyched about; good old-fashioned fighter yay!

I guess my qualms are: the character selection feels more like MARVEL vs capcom than anything, the supers are waaaay too cinematic for me and involved way too much first hit go into a major combo rather than the strategic placement of the attack, maybe the graphics kind of get to me. But that's just me... it's still an enjoyable game just not the sequel to MvsC 2 that I was expecting.

Another note about character selection is: I missed having strider, hayato, mega man (though I love zero esp for the first time loving his VA both Eng/Jap), Gambit. And I know MvsC2 had issues with balance, I hoped they would address it better here but NOPE.
