It's a fair question. I'm really bad at keeping in touch, and that goes for all the straight friends I had there too. We're all still friends, all of them would still be welcome in my house, and when I go up to SF to visit they're all there. I don't actually think of them as 'gay friends' or 'straight friends' either, they're all just friends. But I do know which ones are gay.

I have gay friends here too, I work with Dink Flamingo (Active Duty.com) after all, but most of my friends are marines from the base, and they're all straight. Not to say that there aren't gay marines, just that I haven't met any here yet. Just moved to a new town recently, in the little rural town I knew a couple, all of them were cool. And one of my best friend's brother is a gay marine, he's a great guy, but he doesn't live here, he's on the other side of the country.

Now, Sultan, you know that's not true. On the one hand you want to know how it is Dink and I are always scoring hot straight military guys, since you are in the military and can't imagine any of the guys on your base being willing. What do you mean by "attracted"? Do you not think some guys are hot? Or do you mean emotional attraction. Because I know some guys who would NEVER date another dude because that would be weird for them, but would be down to do "stuff."

There are especially in NYC. There is just such a high concentration of people thus LOTS of gays, THUS a pretty descent amount of really hot gays, so every queen tries to tear the next one down.
And they all try to be too perfect, too made up to plucked and tweezed and waxed. THis pluss the bitchiness, id rather date a woman.

when i say attracted i mean i do not have emotional attraction. i'd admit, i think some guys are hot but i do not want to pursue a relationship emotionally nor physically.

but this is just to what Ive seen, I never said its true but I agree to it as an opinion, me personally Id say Im into masculine guys, most of the crushes Ive had were always straight guys because if I want a man, I WANT A MAN! lmao Ironically I thought my boyfriend was straight till I got to know him better lmao and he works out, just so masculine ! hes so sexy :P
 
I guess some people always want what they can't have (except every now and then - everyone knows a gay guy who has had a straight guy).

Whatever the truth of the statement, or the reasons, all I can say is that I'm glad that some gay guys lust after straight guys because when you write gay porn, as I do, it is very handy to have that tension to build a story around. My personal view is that it would be quite boring to always have gay guy meets gay guy, they fuck like rabbits and then go home. After all, the purpose of a porn story to turn people on; it is not about developing characters, etc so what else is there for the characters to do but fuck? When one of the characters is straight that creates a little barrier, a hurdle that the gay guy has to get over before the fun and games begin!

You would be surprised how many straight guys email me and say something along the lines of 'I'm straight but I read one of your stories and got really turned on.'

Life is much more surprising and contradicory than you might think. Enjoy it!

All I know is that I'm a straight guy who would love to be seduced by a gay guy. I want to do it all and end up regretting it the next day. It's come close to being a reality and has made me want it ever since.
