Medic, I know that is a "recognised phenomenon" but with respect I think it is misunderstood. I think a huge chunk of men are truly and deeply bisexual and only assumed to be heterosexual due to social expectations. They may even assume it of themselves. They may not even be too deprived by it because presumably a bi guy might find true satisfaction with a woman, so perhaps they never notice. But in my books they are not straight. They are repressed bisexuals. I think it says something terrible about how heavy-handed our world is that two normal everyday (bi) guys have to go to jail to figure that out, and then have to go back to pretending to be straight as soon as they leave jail. They are granted a kind of false freedom.

I would actually say most people are bisexual, with only a minority of truly gay or truly straight people.
