Well, incest is a term used mainly to proscribe sexual acts between closely related persons of the opposite sex and refers to sexual acts where there is a possibility of procreation. I don't think it's "wrong." I don't know why it would be wrong. The incest laws throughout history are largely based in biblical law and maintained through history to keep offspring from being born with issues. If you look at history, non-biblically influenced societies like Ancient Greece and Rome were pretty ok with all sorts of sexuality including incest, and homosexuality. If I was in their position, I would probably do it, depending on the relationship I had with my brother.
