I could probably point you to a few mmo games that are pretty much virtual sex with people, but beyond that(and they are pay "games") I wouldn't be able to mention any offhand that even have gay themes.

King Of Fighters has a few Gay Characters, Benimaru and King.

Benimaru is a narcissist; he's basically KOF's equivalent to Street Fighter's Vega. However, he is heterosexual; he flirts with the women in his opening sequences.

King is slightly masculine, but she is not a lesbian; she is heterosexual as well. She has been holding out for Ryo and finally dates him at the end of KOF XI. As far as I am aware, there's no one in any KOF games who is same-sex inclined.

He may flirt, but he is not Heterosexual.

I only say King's a Lesbian because she reminds me so much of Ellen.

Hehe, that's funny, but they were established to be heterosexual. I cannot remember where I read it, but the developers intentionally made Benimaru flirt with the girls in his several KOF games for that purpose. As a matter of fact, as a preemptive statement, Ash, Vanessa, and Betty are hetero as well, if one follows the KOF series.
