We reduce the trading of weapons to the Third World countries in 90s and closed many of our factories. And so - is Africa more peacefull now? I don't think so. And our factory workers lost their job.

No, I am not German, but when looking up links about the Russian army and rape, I looked up several German links as I heard about it on German television. That's probably why I did write "Russland".
