I am a person who is seeking advice on how to continue to improve my body shape and define some masculinity. I dont want to get "big". You can see my body in the pictures, Ill be thankful for any advice, honesty is welcome.
A bit of my story:
Ever since I was young I had problems with obesity and excess kilograms and some of you who where at this stage in their lives may know how bad that sometimes feels. Slowly building up, I had 258 lbs at the age of 15. I was bullied, had zero self-esteem and I have naturally reduced the contact I had to make with other persons to an absolute minimum. But gladly that was the point, when my mind finally developed to a state, where I started to care about how I looked. I went through a lot of shit, crazy diets, fasting even bulimy. Dozens of sports, swimming, running, gym, cardio, tennis, HIIT and spent alot of time trying to reach something I wanted. It even all lead to a point, when I was obsessed, read books about nutrition and checked myself in mirror more than it is healthy. But if you want you can do anything right? I am 184 lbs now at the age of 19, with obesity finally gone, leaving nothing but a scar. I think I feel quite happy about what I achieved, but its human nature to never feel quite satisfied right ? I think my body is abit weird, not a typical male shape with a narrow waist and tights and Im thinking about going down to 172-174 lbs, then starting to workout after that.
Now, what are your thoughts?
