Hello,
I am a person who is seeking advice on how to continue to improve my body shape and define some masculinity. I dont want to get "big". You can see my body in the pictures, Ill be thankful for any advice, honesty is welcome.

A bit of my story:
Ever since I was young I had problems with obesity and excess kilograms and some of you who where at this stage in their lives may know how bad that sometimes feels. Slowly building up, I had 258 lbs at the age of 15. I was bullied, had zero self-esteem and I have naturally reduced the contact I had to make with other persons to an absolute minimum. But gladly that was the point, when my mind finally developed to a state, where I started to care about how I looked. I went through a lot of shit, crazy diets, fasting even bulimy. Dozens of sports, swimming, running, gym, cardio, tennis, HIIT and spent alot of time trying to reach something I wanted. It even all lead to a point, when I was obsessed, read books about nutrition and checked myself in mirror more than it is healthy. But if you want you can do anything right? I am 184 lbs now at the age of 19, with obesity finally gone, leaving nothing but a scar. I think I feel quite happy about what I achieved, but its human nature to never feel quite satisfied right ? I think my body is abit weird, not a typical male shape with a narrow waist and tights and Im thinking about going down to 172-174 lbs, then starting to workout after that.

Now, what are your thoughts?

Your body looks great now!. I think you're wise to think about the future and get your weight down now and begin to work out and firm up what you have. Like I say, you look great as you are, but as you age you will naturally put on weight and lose more firmness. You should be proud of how you've changed your body. It should do wonders for both your health and sexual attractiveness which will be very important to you in the next 20 years or so.

Your body is not weird, with a bit of training you can get the triangular look (small hip wide shoulders) that a lot of guys try to get. If you ask me: You don´t need to lose more weight, just start working out to become more muscular. With a healthy diet and working out you will lose any unnecessary fat very fast.

thanks for the replies I appreciate it. What specific exercices should I be doing considering my body type? I never really cared about this before as my all time aim was to beat the shit out of myself and lose pounds. I am thinking about lifting weighs and getting bigger hands, but I dont know about the other body parts tho and I dont want to do something that wouldnt be effective or unneeded. Truth be told Im actually really new to this
 
It depends on what you have at your service.

Pullups are great for your shoulders and arms, pushups in different variations (normal, divebombers, handstand pushups...), benchpress, military press...the list is pretty much endless.

You find a lot of videos and ideas if you go to youtube and search for "shoulder training".
 
Example:

Bodyweight Exercises (great because you don´t need equipment and can do them anytime anywhere)
Also always good are pullups in every variation you can find.

If you are member in a Gym already, just ask one of the trainers for exercises.
