Getting into msn.mail.

Hi, just cant get into my msn,hotmail. they say something about code,and they send to my yahoo mail.
well it never appears on my yahoo mail. now they type in red don't come back for a week.
I have usued that many passwords and to date no joy. any ideas what I can do.
I can not get into msn.mail. cheers.

Sorry, but your question is a mess. Please re-post it explaining what your problem is clearly, and please include the exact error messages/rejections you get from Hotmail when it goes wrong.

Do you know what your Hotmail password is, or are you just guessing?

sorry, I don't have a password now,for I have usued that many to get into my msn,hotmail. when the problem started first they asked me for a code for protvice. then it read that they sent this to my yahoo.mail. I have not got this,either on inbox or spam.
well im been out of msn for over two weeks and would like to get back in, I just don't know how.

What I gather, lonelyone, is that you lost your msn password and you asked Microsoft to reset the password via a communication to your Yahoo mail account. But, you never received a response from msn/Microsoft in your Yahoo mail.

just went to msn. signed in with new p.w. call us overprotective,my yahoo addy appears in blue box,next enter the code we sent you to yahoo...have check my inbox and spam. still nothing. did view the above video and have done the same.

Microsoft started requiring Outlook.com (Hotmail, MSN Mail, etc) users to provide a phone number or alternate email address that you must use to verify your account.

Since this is a retroactive change in terms of service, they're probably getting a lot of these same complaints from users. There's a link on the signon page (https://sms.live.com/ look for link Can't access your account?) that you can use to do a password reset.

well was still trying,then I get tel call to my home.this person took over my pc,and taled to me at the same time..then asked for my bank info. taken out 9o.oo.for a year ,and got me back into Hotmail. the icon on my pc is Stay Protect...
my question is..is is good.and how did this person get to take over my pc, showing me pages of info and sayin I had problems, he would make good..
