Well, after losing Mum - I was caring for her full time, which was exhausting but good, if you see what I mean - I’m looking for something new to do, preferably on the railway. I started out training to be a Paramedic, my Instructor talked me into more training and aim 4 the ER, I do love it, but damn it can bring you down sometimes, there are times when I wish I were out on the Buses (ambulances). Brakfast, I used to hate eating 1st thing, but working long hours I soon learn't how important a good breakfast is. I'm guessing what we call Oatmeal is pretty much like your Porridge, lines the gut and sticks to your ribs lol .. I try and eat regular meals, sometimes the different shifts throw me otta wack.

It varies. My boyfriend is British-Indian and we tend to have curry more often than anything.
