I've got some tostadas heating in the microwave right now, but I didn't mash the beans for the bean dip or chop and mix the pico de gallo myself (let alone roll out and fry the tostadas), I didn't even grate the cheese myself; I bought it shredded.
Earlier today I blanched the asparagus and sliced the tomatoes myself.
But real cooking? I guess it was the weekend before last, when I did a small roast beef for myself.
When was the last time you had a good restaurant meal (not just pizza or a sandwich), and what did you have?
