Probably not. There are dozens of people with the same first and last name as I have who are more well-known. If you go on one of those sites that claim they can find anybody, you'd have to have additional info to sort me out from the others, like address, age, occupation, places I've lived, etc.

. They had to obliterate this one and formally request a new diploma. That took one year.
