I just woke up so yes lol

How many hours do you typically sleep a night?

8 to 9 when I sleep well. When I'm too nervous or stressed it's usually 5 to 6

Do you sleep during the day?

No, I can not shut my mind down and always am go go go so I can not take a nap, the only time I do that is when I'm sick or bed bound.

How many times do you eat a day?

On working days, three. On non-working days I generally skip breakfast, so two.

Will you be making any New Year's resolutions? Care to share?

Yes, to be more kind to myself by working on more self-compassion, less self-blane and more self- confidence

No, but I will have a toast of letting go of this rough year and bringing in a brand new year

Absolutely! He and I were planning on that when he came home for lunch earlier lol

Tomorrow has become today. Just resting at home.

Well, I already played this morning. Tomorrow I'm back to private lessons

Laat night at 3 am before I went to bed on JUB looking at all the hot posts and pics!

Where do you want to go on your next trip?

I'm sort of split between a trip to visit my cousins or a genealogy trip to visit grave sites of my ancestors. Or perhaps go someplace I've never been before, Boston, Seattle, Yellowstone...?

What did you do to celebrate the New Year?

I made Ambrosia Salad for the first time and hung out with mu hubby and our fur babies and lot some sparklers
