Once in a while,but when I feel one coming,I try to head 'em off at the pass.Head 'em off at the pass,I detest that cliche!

My dad being a disabled vet and living in a small town south of S.A., he and my mother travelled quiet a bit to Laredo to visit an out-patient VA clinic there. I don't remember the dream itself, but I do remember waking up in a very severe case of panic. I called my dad and begged him not to make his appointment. I was in such a state that my dad finally relented and promised that neither he nor my mother would travel that day. The next day it was on the morning news that there was a massive accident involving an 18 wheeler on the highway.

Do you ever dream of flying?
 
I actually have,able to control myself in the air for short bursts,and in the dream,it seemed so natural.doesn't happen anymore,though.

Color I believe but then I don't know

Are you able to get up in the middle of the night, use the washroom, and return to bed without disturbing your sleep? I can but I get myself locked in bathrooms when staying hotels and it scares the tar out of me
 
Nope. If I have to get up to hit the head I'm awake. Just barely, but awake.

How many hours do you tend to sleep overnight?
 
During the work week I'll sleep about 6 and 7-8 on weekends

Do you tend to pay closer attention to your diet during the work week?
