"Getting to know you...

Not really a celebrity, but there are some ballet dancers I find absolutely gorgeous.
Steven McRae of the Royal Ballet in London is top of the list. (He's married to a ballerina and has two kids, damn it.)

Did you have a celebrity crush when you were a young gay?

Do you have a favorite television show?

Oops. Sorry I was late and got out of sequence.
A favorite television show? Not really -- I haven't had a TV for a very long time. But I do remember a few old ones that I admire a lot. (I, Claudius, Elizabeth R.)

Do you have a favorite radio show?

I'll answer both your questions! :) Favorite radio show? Not really, but if cassettes count then it would be The Shadow LOL. Celebrity crush as a young gay? Hmm plenty. Some teachers I had, but if you mean actors I would say Will Smith (circa Wild Wild West) and Seann William Scott (circa The Dukes of Hazzard). There were others but I can't remember right now lol.

Who would you go to bed with for 24 hours straight if you could?

Steven McRae, of course.
(Well, I presume I would. But if I met him I might not like his personality or his smell or who knows what?)

Whom would you go to bed with for 24 hours straight if you could?

Henry Czerny. He could make me his willing sex slave!!! Love him!!

What do you enjoy reading?

Besides Just Us Boys posts?

I spend more time than I should on some news/commentary websites and in their comments. (Especially Slate, which might have the best non-special-interest comment board around, no doubt because it's very actively moderated.) I spend too much time on advice columns (and their comments), too, and Slate has lots of those. But I like nonfiction and good novels, too.

Do you have any favorite authors?

Nice!!

I really enjoy Agatha Christie and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle for mysteries.

What is your favorite US City you've traveled to?

You mean besides the one I live in?

Los Angeles and San Francisco appealed to me a lot when I visited, but that was quite some time ago, when the problems they seem to have now weren't so severe.
Right now, I think I'd have to say Philadelphia, because I know my way around reasonably well and know how to find there the sorts of things I like to do.
I think DC might come out ahead if I'd been there as much as I've been to Philly. (Sorry, Boston! I have personal issues with New England.)

And what is your favorite US city of the ones you've visited?

I don't have a favorite. I've always wanted to visit Greece

What's the most far away country you've been to?

No.

When was your last bad or underwhelming vacay/holiday?

Honestly haven't had one. I'm not easily disappointed. I have loved every trip I went on.

Where did you last travel on your most recent vacation?

My brother, who lives in Colorado, took me to Wyoming to see the eclipse. From everything I know of the state, I wouldn't want to live there, but it is beautiful.

Wow, that sounds like a cool trip!!

Just came back from a family trip to Las Vegas, NV. I really enjoyed it there!!!

What is a bucket list city on your travel list?

I don't know if I have a city on a bucket list that I haven't already visited (which takes it off the bucket list).
Maybe Honolulu and Sydney. (I've been to Melbourne. Great town.)
I'd like to see Hawaii and New Zealand and to go back to Australia, but it's not the cities in particular I'm interested in, though I'd certainly visit them.

Oh! Duh! Madrid and the old cities of Andalusia (Seville, Granada, Cordoba).

You?
