"Getting to know you...

Yes! I listen to music ALWAYS as soon as I'm awake, unless I'm on on a street; not inside a car.

How often do you have to listen to music you dont like? (at work or while shopping)

I actually started a thread in Hot Topics titled, "Why has my supermarket been playing the same damn music for the entire 30 years I've been shopping there?"

Honestly, though, I'm lucky in that I don't have to listen to music I actively dislike often. Mostly from passing cars and when the café across the street is blasting house music (which used to happen a lot, but they've been on better behavior lately). I have to say that, these days, I get skeeved out when the supermarket plays the Jackson Five with young Michael singing away; it's like listening to child exploitation live.

What kind of music do you tend to play around the house?

All kinds of stuff; in an endless shuffle (currently 93k+of songs in ITunes / Apple Music, most ripped from my own CD's). A good song deserves it's evaluation by the songwriting, not the era neather the genre.

What source do you tend to play music around the house?

Pandora and the Throwback Jamz, R&B Classics and R&B Soul channels on Music Choice.

If you could listen to only one genre of music for the rest of your life what would it be?

No.

Can you change a tire by yourself?

Yes, but the last time we had a flat, a lovely man stopped and did it for us because we were in suits and looked stupid.

I made him accept $200, which he really didn't want but we told him that he should take his wife out for a great meal and then pay it forward.

I don't have a car and I can't imagine myself driving a car , therefore , changing a tire sounds like something I wouldn't do

Would you dye your hair ?

Depends. I'd rather date someone who was ten years older than younger than me.

When was your most recent first date?

Three years old. I got it just before the beginning of the pandemic.
